Base Pay Range

$225,000.00 / yr – $300,000.00 / yr

Position Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Labor & Employment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience advising on employment law matters, handling workplace disputes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of employment and labor laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and relevant state laws.
• Experience litigating single‑plaintiff employment discrimination cases before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, IDHR) and in federal / state courts.
• Proficiency in drafting employment‑related documents such as agreements, handbooks, and separation packages.
• Willingness to support M&A transactions as a labor and employment specialist.
• Experience with labor / collective bargaining or class / collective actions is a plus.
• Active Illinois law license.
