Production Supervisor, Plastics- 2nd Shift
Our client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with great benefits!
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor, Plastics 2nd Shift
- Supervise all activities to maximize productivity, reliability, quality, and accuracy
- Help hire, train, and motivate team members
- Monitor and report on daily production results, material usage, scrap, and downtime
- Start up and shut down machines as required
- Foster a safe work environment
