Role Description

Reporting to the COO and working in tandem with Leadership, this is a full-time on-site role located in Fresno, CA, for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and enhancing overall customer service. The role involves strategic planning, networking , and identifying potential business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
• Effective Communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and strategic business planning
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Competency in Microsoft and Hubspot software
