In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management : Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds goals, market services to maintain a consistent income stream, and effectively manage workflows, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders
• Customer Interaction and Experience : Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints, and manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals
• Documentation and Communication : Supervise and schedule employees, market the service department to ensure a steady workflow, and ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
• Safety and Compliance : Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
