Echo Ultrasound Tech - Cardiac Sonographer

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

• 1 year experience preferred

• BLS certification

• Proficiency in performing echocardiogram studies, including Transthoracic 2-D, M-Mode, Color-flow Doppler, Transesophageal, Exercise stress, and pharmacological echocardiography

• Ability to perform other cardiac diagnostic studies as assigned, including EKG, Holter prep, monitoring and analysis, and Cardiac stress tests

• Skill in utilizing mechanical devices to provide diagnostic information to cardiology physicians
