Job description5-10 years industrial sales / sales management experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical aptitude; familiarity with manufacturing processes. Proven communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Regional Manager - Service and Sales at SkyWater Search Partners
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to sustainably grow market share in the assigned region, exceeding sales volume and gross profit targets.
- Provide strategic direction and support necessary to penetrate accounts and close opportunities.
- Lead the region's outside sales and service team, including coaching, performance improvement, and personal career development.
- Actively identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
