This role involves managing a dynamic portfolio of nonprofit partnerships, monitoring social and environmental trends, benchmarking against industry leaders, and overseeing transparent budget and grantmaking processes. The successful candidate will serve as a public ambassador for the company's impact initiatives, engage colleagues, collaborate cross-functionally to amplify stories and enhance brand reputation, and represent the organization in external forums. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, with experience in financial services and familiarity with ESG reporting considered strong assets. Salary range is expected to be between

$120,750.00 USD - $217,350.00 USD
