Key Responsibilities

Design and manage MySQL databases focusing on speed, scalability, and reliability

Build and maintain CDC-driven data pipelines for efficient data movement

Optimize database performance through query tuning and schema refinement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, DBA, or in a hybrid role

Proficient in SQL optimization, indexing, and schema design

Experienced in database administration, including backups and performance optimization (AWS RDS preferred)

Skilled in building scalable data pipelines and working with large datasets

Familiar with AWS services, especially RDS
