Junior Instructional Designer

ROMTech is transforming post-surgical recovery through cutting-edge remote rehabilitation technology. We're looking for aJunior Instructional Designer to help build engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences for our internal teams and external partners through ROMTech University and the Academy.

Responsibilities :

• Create SCORM-compliant e-learning modules, assessments, and interactive content for diverse audiences.
• Support the design and upkeep of certification programs focused on role-specific development and compliance.
• Translate complex technical and operational information into clear, engaging training materials across formats (video, visual, written, interactive).
• Maintain a centralized training library with version control and accessibility standards.
• Update learning content in response to product changes, regulatory updates, and SOP revisions.
• Use learner feedback and usage data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Ensure all content is inclusive, user-friendly, and outcome-driven.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and operational leaders to validate instructional quality and accuracy.
• Align learning objectives with performance outcomes to drive behavior change and operational impact.
