Key Responsibilities

Oversee globally distributed teams in the execution of workplace services

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in managing workplace technologies

Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field (e.g., BCA, BTech)

Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCP, MCSE)

Aptitude towards analytics

Familiarity with software distribution tools like SCCM
