Schedule Details :
Self-ScheduledFTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule1 Weekend per 6-week schedule2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)RNs receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-training as Charge RN.What You'll Do :
Float between various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU.Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Must meet the following schedule requirements : 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks.Training & Skills :
Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities.What You'll Get :

As a Float Pool RN, you will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care. You'll collaborate with healthcare teams, anticipate patient needs, and create a safe, supportive environment.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
