Reporting To:Director of Customer SuccessSeeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. We’re seeking someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring our clients achieve measurable success. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams and play a key role in guiding customers through onboarding, strengthening engagement, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Most Important Responsibilities:- Lead solution adoption initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients. Manage and optimize knowledge-sharing tools and processes.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, configuration, and best practices to ensure a smooth adoption process.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve issues and improve overall user experience.
- Conduct business reviews to align on customer goals, KPIs, and success milestones.
What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles in a SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with CRM or customer success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango, HubSpot), as well as endpoint experience.
Compensation:$100 – 150K + Bonus/Commission Opportunity
