Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you'll become an expert on our fuel cell products that are installed in electric lift trucks. You'll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly by conducting preventative maintenance and tackling any breakdowns. You'll install, service, and maintain fuel cells, order parts, and keep everything documented. Plus, you'll be the face of Plug to our customer personnel and electric lift truck operators, so this role requires both strong technical skills as well as interpersonal skills.
