Registered Nurse Home Health | Rock Hill, SC

Sunbelt is seeking a Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time role is Monday through Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with a caseload of 46 points per day, providing high-quality patient care in the home setting.

Requirements :

Active South Carolina RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience

Proficiency with OASIS documentation

Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), formerly PointCare

Current BLS certification
