Highlights : You will be joining an experienced and collegial team of four (4) physicians and one (1) PA. Our Ear, Nose and Throat program also has an integrated Audiology department and a nurse ran Allergy clinic. This is a full time position with a weekday only schedule. Practice in a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic and Operating Rooms at the Mount Vernon Surgery Center. Inpatient Operating Rooms also available at Skagit Valley Hospital, located across the street from the clinic. Our providers see a broad range of cases and provides comprehensive treatment for children and adults. This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house primary and specialty care referral base. Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available! Qualifications : Master's degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program. 2-4 years of surgical experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply! Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. Compensation and Benefits : Salary Range : $125,337 - $140,260 DOE Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance. Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered!
