Manager Position
Lead, build and train a team focused on guest service and positive energyGood communication skills and conflict resolution skillsCoordinate marketing efforts with Ownership and Marketing ManagerBasic math, personal computer and POS familiarity3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibilityMaintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standardsEnsure local health, safety codes and security policies are metProfit & Loss management by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionAssists Owners in recruiting, interviewing, hiring team members while managing labor costsConducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action and motivatesGuarantees food quality, proper portioning and guest satisfactionCompetitive Pay
