Project Manager

RWE Clean Energy, LLC is looking for a Project Manager to start as soon as possible, full time, permanent. The position plays a key role in the department through managing the budgets, project schedules, safety objectives are achieved and coordination with customers. The successful candidate will have a strong presence and ensure company objectives are achieved.

Role Responsibilities :

• Develop, coordinate and manage project support services including but not limited to project design, budgeting and scheduling; pre-qualification, selection and management of contractors, subcontractors and equipment vendors; development and structuring project-related contracts; maintaining close contact with the customer; and production of customer deliverables
• Manage phases of Projects in compliance with Contracts, maintain or enhanced customer satisfaction and ensure projects are completed on time and budget
• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, and Project Management teams in conducting design optimization and value engineering of clean generation projects
• Conduct constructability reviews and pre-construction site walks
• Perform cost estimating and purchasing functions
• Manage field related project planning, scheduling and quality control. Coordinate field construction with Construction Manager
• Direct construction contract administration and risk management activities
• Mange budgets schedules and invoicing and other contract requirements to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and manage jobsites compliance with the corporate safety plan, design drawings and contract agreements
• Ensure all project related documentation is recorded in the project directory and / or CRM as appropriate
• Maintain working knowledge of codes, new technology and internal company design standards / requirements
• Oversee various testing and quality assurance checks by Engineering or subcontractor staff to verify the quality of completed projects

Job Requirements and Experiences :

Pay range : The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois or New York is $140,000 - $180,000. The salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
