Senior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to modernize in-product content and ensure technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Produce comprehensive and high-quality text for the Detections feature tailored to NPM and NDR use cases

Own the strategy, planning, and execution of updating over 400 existing detection descriptions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent field experience

7 years of proven experience as a technical writer for complex software products or services

In-depth knowledge of technical writing principles and best practices

Proficiency with authoring tools and content management systems

Understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
