We have an immediate opening for a full-time Guest Services Agent.

This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest check in / checkout, providing the highest level of service to guests and homeowners, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining our reputation as a premier resort destination. Our ideal applicant has previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry, can quickly learn new technology, can interact with all types of people, and is able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and weekends.

Pay is from $19 / hr. based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for our full suite of benefits and perks, including health insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k) with company match, access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
