Full-Time | Onsite Leadership Role | $110,000–$130,000 / year (base + performance bonus)
Role Overview
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our Columbia, Maryland clinical team. This leadership-focused role supports clinical excellence, mentorship, and collaborative care within a clinic environment. The Senior BCBA plays an essential role in shaping service quality, guiding clinical staff, and supporting organizational growth.
Total compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year , inclusive of base pay and performance-based bonus potential.

Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership
Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior TechniciansOffer support and consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and program adjustmentsCollaborate with leadership on clinical initiatives, quality assurance, and operational consistencyProgram & Treatment Development
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plansMonitor progress through data review and make clinically sound recommendationsEnsure treatment integrity and adherence to organizational and ethical standardsFamily & Caregiver Support
Communicate clearly with families regarding treatment goals and progressProvide caregiver education to promote generalization and meaningful outcomesHelp maintain a positive, professional experience for families receiving servicesTeam Collaboration & Training
Lead or assist with professional development activities, workshops, and clinic trainingsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaborationSupport onboarding and skill development for new clinical team membersQualificationsRequired :
Active BCBA certificationEligible for or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in MarylandDemonstrated experience supervising clinical staffStrong communication, leadership, and organizational abilitiesPreferred :
Experience in a senior, lead, or high-responsibility BCBA roleExperience supporting a clinic environment or multidisciplinary settingExcellent documentation and case management skillsCompensation & Benefits
