The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong modeling and communication skills to help drive outsized growth for Adobe's AI first products! This position will engage cross-functionally to enable and influence key decision making across the product, engineering, and go-to-market organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience Enterprise finance team to accelerate topline growth, support continued innovation, and influence decision making within Adobe's strategic priorities.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive long-term strategic and operational planning with the goal of optimizing AI First product revenue growth and margin profile. Own analysis across 3-year modeling, annual planning, and in year performance tracking to Plan.
• Support business case modeling with in-depth, data driven analysis and provide guidance on business impact for critical initiatives. Develop models and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry while maintaining a clear view of strategic priorities and execution rigor in the exploration of new opportunities.
• Own deep inspection of the business across both topline and expense : Scale financial 'run the business' reporting, trends, and critical metrics to measure business health. Provide insights into the 'why', recommendations, and story behind the business performance, risks, & opportunities.
• Drive scale, automation, and collaboration within your team and cross-functionally while leveraging groundbreaking generative AI tools. We are committed to establishing best-in-class cadences and driving efficiency and impact across the business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $78,200 $158,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
