What You'll Accomplish

• Lead the Accounting Function : Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage Key Functions : Directly oversee Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax teams, ensuring operational rigor and alignment.
• Build & Mentor Talent : Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
• Strengthen Internal Controls : Own SOX 404 compliance and ensure the integrity of financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Drive Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for automation and improvement across accounting operations; partner with IT to implement scalable solutions.
• Audit & Compliance : Lead all external audit engagements and statutory filings across jurisdictions; ensure preparedness and transparency in all reviews.
• Technical Accounting & Policy : Own the adoption of new accounting standards; develop and maintain accounting policies and documentation.
• Cross-functional Partnership : Work closely with FP&A, Legal, and other stakeholders to support strategic decisions and maintain financial alignment across the company.
• Risk & Compliance : Monitor and proactively address financial risks; maintain adherence to evolving regulatory and compliance standards.
• Liaise with the Audit Committee and senior business leadership to ensure financial systems, processes, and internal controls support the company's strategic goals and scale effectively with the business.

For US based applicants : The US base salary range for this full-time position is $275,000 - $325,000 annually + equity + benefits. Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
