Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding sessions and manage the implementation journey

Configure and document solutions, ensuring effective workflows and automations

Deliver client training and support data migration from legacy systems

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in end-to-end software implementations within a SaaS environment

Background or familiarity with the EHS / Health & Safety industry is desirable

Experience configuring workflows, forms, and automations within software platforms

Degree in IT, Business, EHS, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
