The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehab team. In this flexible role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping residents restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence—on a schedule that works for you.

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or mobility challenges

Develop and implement personalized therapy plans focused on functional improvement

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize resident outcomes

Document therapy sessions, progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and home safety

What You Bring :

Active Physical Therapy license in Arkansas

Strong clinical judgment with a focus on resident-centered care

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
