This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay for all hours worked in a workweek over 40. / ppThis position is eligible for a monthly bonus at the discretion of management, based upon considerations that include the divisions and candidates overall performance. / ppDuties and Responsibilities : / pulliReviews sales contract and creates title file in RamQuest Complete Closing software, requests a title exam. / liliReviews title insurance commitment and survey. / liliPrepares the deed and sellers affidavit. / liliPrepares the HUD-1 Settlement Statement using the sales contract and lenders instructions; receipts funds for closing and prepares checks for issue. / liliReceives the lenders loan documents and prepares them for closing; checks documents for completeness and accuracy, meets with the buyer and seller and has loan documents, deed, and sellers affidavit signed and notarized. / liliShips signed and notarized loan package to the lender. / liliAssist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required. / li / ul / div
