About the Role

We are seeking an AI Business Consultant to support our Wealth Management and Retail business groups in Boston. This role is ideal for a professional who has successfully introduced technology-driven solutions into business environments and has experience ensuring smooth adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. A strong understanding of modern AI practices-including generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive analytics-is important, along with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value. Candidates with a background in financial services will be well positioned for success.

What You Will Do

You will work as a strategic partner to business leaders, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, processes, and challenges. You will identify where AI can unlock value, shape high-impact use cases, and guide initiatives from early exploration through full deployment. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and in alignment with enterprise priorities.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and architecture teams to build and integrate AI solutions into core business operations. You will help establish delivery frameworks, maintain AI roadmaps, and ensure that new capabilities meet regulatory, governance, and ethical standards. A key part of your work will involve measuring and communicating the success of AI initiatives and supporting smooth transitions from proof-of-concept to production environments.

This is a highly cross-functional role that may span multiple business units, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate teams toward shared outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders envision the future of their business through responsible and impactful AI adoption.

What You Bring

You have at least seven years of experience supporting the development, deployment, or adoption of technology solutions in a business setting. You understand how enterprise operations function, and you can quickly assess where AI can make a meaningful difference. You are fluent in AI concepts such as generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and automation, and you know how to apply these capabilities in practical, scalable ways.

You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether working with business partners or technical teams. You bring a balance of strategic perspective and execution discipline, and you are comfortable managing multiple initiatives independently. Experience within wealth management, retirement, employee benefits, or related financial services domains is a strong advantage.
