Job description

Were seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as the clinical and strategic leader of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery by aligning clinical excellence with operational innovation, research, and a deeply rooted commitment to patient-centered care.

What Were Looking For

  • MD or DO with board certification and an active medical license.
  • 10+ years of clinical practice experience, with 5+ years in a healthcare leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Background in clinical research and familiarity with FDA processes is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.
  • Must be willing to relocate and lead on-site as a fully present member of the organization and surrounding community.
