Position : Real Estate / HOA Litigation Associate Attorney

Location : San Fernando Valley (hybrid schedule)

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with focus on real estate and / or homeowners association matters

We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to handle complex litigation matters in the areas of real estate and homeowners associations, including disputes related to property rights, CC&Rs, construction defects, habitability issues, and more.

Compensation : Base pay range $125,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters involving real estate and homeowners associations, including disputes over property rights, CC&Rs, construction defects, habitability issues, and other related matters.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation through trial.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Attend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide mentorship to junior associates.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear and timely communication.
