Personal Lines Account Manager

What You'll Do
- Manage a personal lines book of business, including home, auto, umbrella, and related policies
- Handle renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and client service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities to ensure clients are fully protected
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and trusted guidance
- Work closely with producers and management to deliver seamless, high-quality service
- Use HawkSoft to manage all client activity, documentation, and workflows
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience in an agency settingStrong understanding of personal insurance products and carrier guidelinesExcellent communication, organizational, and client service skillsActive MA P&C License requiredExperience with HawkSoft preferred (training provided for the right candidate)A genuine desire to help clients and be part of a collaborative, family-oriented environmentWhat's In It for You
