Duties and Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional member and guest service throughout the Club
• Stock organize and maintain beverage inventory glassware and drink garnishes
• Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant
• Put away requisition each day
• Perform all side work as assigned
• Keep the bar and restaurant clean safe and presentable at all times while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the Clubs service standards
• Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus
• Take ring through POS and serve food orders to-go orders and specialty orders
• Make food and beverage recommendations to members and guests
• Own every member request
• Any other duties assigned by the F&B management team Clubhouse manager or GM

Qualifications :

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have upbeat outgoing positive attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work affectively with a team
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have previous bartending experience
• Experience in private clubs is a plus
• Must be available to work nights weekends Club events and most Holidays
• Must be BASSET certified
• Must be Food Handler Certified
• Must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of Members and guests in a fast paced environment
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50lbs.
• Must have wine spirits and mixology knowledge.

Pay :

Pay will range from $22 - $24 depending on experience level
