Key Responsibilities
- Attend and represent the company at community events to book meetings with homeowners and promote services.
- Set up and break down event booths, including tents, tables, signage, and promotional materials.
- Engage professionally and confidently with event attendees to communicate service offerings .
- Track leads and event performance through basic digital tools.
Requirements
Requirements
Must own a 4-door vehicle or larger capable of transporting event materials.Able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage booth setup independently.Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for long periods.2+ years of experience in sales, events, or customer-facing roles.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and proactive demeanor.Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools preferred.Weekend availability required; occasional weekday and holiday shifts based on event schedule.Access to a computer for virtual meetings, onboarding, and reporting.
