Remote EAP Counselor

A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counseling services to employees and their families through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and wellness topics

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field

Current licensure as a counselor or therapist

Experience in providing counseling services in a clinical or EAP setting

Knowledge of mental health issues and resources

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
