Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to make a real impact? At Accel Therapies, we’re on the lookout for a Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Indian Wells, CA . Here, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what truly matters : delivering high-quality clinical care while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Base Salary : $80,000–$95,000
  • Performance Bonuses : Up to $6,000 annually (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $5,000

Your Schedule

Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM . Plus, you’ll have evenings free to unwind!

    • What You’ll Do

  • Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
  • Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality
  • Maintain 30 billable hours per week
  • Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency
  • Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

    • What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
  • Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
  • TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus!
