Business Development Specialist
We are a locally owned, nationally backed company seeking an ambitious Business Development Specialist who is up for one of the most rewarding challenges in the area.
What You Will Be Doing :
- B2B Sales / Business Development / Networking
- Connecting with local businesses and their decision makers and discuss their hiring needs.
- Prospect businesses in the area to determine who currently uses staffing solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and their decision makers.
- Develop cross business opportunities (Professional Search, Payroll, PEO, Consulting).
- Ensure client service focus and total client satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and questions above Account Manager level.
- Develop and implement incentives to major accounts.
- Maintain knowledge of regional practices to ensure competitive advantage of pay and bill rates.
- Set and monitor pay and bill rates.
- Manage fulfillment for on-site accounts.
- Expand market presence through a territory management system.
- Create and implement a successful marketing strategy.
- Conduct client presentations and obtain job orders through marketing calls.
- Conduct periodic sales meetings.
- Assist with major sales presentations.
- Will spend approximately 60% field time for new business development from new & existing clients, target accounts.
- Make a minimum of 100 marketing calls weekly.
- Cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, in-person sales presentations.
- 8 premise visits per week, with direct hiring sources.
What You Will Need To Have :
Bachelors Degree or higher or sales related experience.3 years of staffing industry experience.Minimum of 3+ years experience with direct customer interface and excellent customer satisfaction.Must prove a history of successful sales record and provide references accordingly.Stable work history.Must have strong sales / cold calling background in a service business.
