Senior UX/UI Digital Designer

We’re partnering with our client, a leading company in digital retail health and pharmacy solutions, to find a talented Senior UX/UI Digital Designer. This remote opportunity is ideal for candidates experienced in mobile app design and user experience. Join a dynamic team focused on creating exceptional digital experiences across pharmacy and consumer healthcare. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across a project lasting 7-12 months.

Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of native applications, ensuring UI aligns with platform standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine user experiences from concept to deployment.
• Present and articulate design rationales effectively to stakeholders unfamiliar with design principles.
• Drive the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and iteration.
• Participate in design reviews, user research, and strategy sessions to influence product direction.

Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing native app design and mobile user experience expertise.
• At least 5 years of experience in native app design, including interaction and visual design.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to launch.
• Three or more years leading design collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
