Your Role in Our Mission

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans
• Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic health concerns, either collaboratively with physicians or independently based on your qualifications
• Providing education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness, and disease management strategies
• Prescribing medications and therapies according to your practice scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care effectively
• Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, holistic patient care
• Maintaining meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

What You Bring to the Table

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
