Your Role in Our Mission - Conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans
- Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic health concerns, either collaboratively with physicians or independently based on your qualifications
- Providing education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness, and disease management strategies
- Prescribing medications and therapies according to your practice scope
- Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care effectively
- Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, holistic patient care
- Maintaining meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)
What You Bring to the Table - A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent
