Salary :
Natural Habitat Adventures (Nat Hab), a nature-focused global adventure travel company based in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking an Adventure Manager to join its Adventure Operations Department. This role is primarily responsible for the planning and execution of Nat Habs programs in Africa working closely with Team Africa, third-party partners, field staff, and other members of the department. This is a full-time, exempt position.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary range : $67,500-$72,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation is commensurate with experience. (Per Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act; employers must include compensation ranges in job postings).

LOCATION AND TRAVEL
This positionisbased in Louisville, Colorado and requires attendance in the office at least two days per week. This position will also requireapproximatelytwo to fourweeks of travel to meet the needs of the role(exact amount of travel is subject to change and is based on annual needs).
This travel policy may be amended or updated at any time, at the companys discretion.
WORKING HOURS
Natural Habitat Adventures standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Mountain Time. We are also open on Saturdays from 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, with select members of our guest-facing teams working on a rotating schedule. Additional hours may occasionally be required to meet business needs or individual goals.
