Responsibilities :

 Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts

 Set up tools, fixtures, and materials accurately

 Calculate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and output

 Inspect parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy

 Detect and correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions

 Follow all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications :

 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

 Basic math skills (fractions and decimals)

 Manufacturing or machining experience preferred

 Ability to stand for 8-12 hours in varying weather conditions

 Ability to work various shift based on production needs

 Previous experience with Okuma and Mori Seiki CNC machines a plus
