Incident / Change Coordinator

TEKsystems is currently seeking at

• Incident / Change Coodinator
• to lead enterprise critial technology incidents. The is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, communication, and coordination. Successful candidates will have experience managing high impact incidents in an enterprise environment. Please apply for more details :
• Must work onsite 3 days per week in Phoenix, AZ
• Must be eligible to work on a W2. (No Corp to Corp Sponsorship)
• Required Skills :
• Enterprise-level incident management experience.
• Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge; ServiceNow / JIRA proficiency.
• Excellent communication under pressure; Microsoft 365 skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $38.08 - $38.08 / hr.
