Talent Acquisition Specialist
Pay : Up to $24 / hr

About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for store-level roles, from sales associates to store managers. The ideal candidate excels in sourcing talent, providing great candidate experiences, and partnering closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified candidates using multiple platforms
Provide a positive, professional experience throughout the hiring process
Partner with leadership to meet staffing deadlines
Manage high-priority and high-turnover openings
Use ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools effectively
Communicate clearly and represent company values in every interaction
Requirements
2+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience
High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
ATS experience (admin experience preferred)
Strong sourcing, communication, and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plus
