Project Executive – Multifamily Construction

📍 Tampa, FL | Builder / Developer Expansion Opportunity

An established builder–developer is expanding operations into the Tampa Bay market and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role in building out this new office and managing upcoming multifamily construction projects .

This is an exciting, ground-floor opportunity to join a growing regional developer with a strong pipeline of luxury and market-rate multifamily communities across Florida. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout—while helping establish local operations and assembling a best-in-class construction team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects (garden-style, podium, or mid-rise).
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor project engineers and superintendents; build and grow local team.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth of the Tampa division.
