Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital, located in Chicago, Illinois, is a facility providing inpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults facing mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily hospital operations and partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure high-quality patient care and staff engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health operations, a clear strategic vision, and a commitment to operational excellence across quality, safety, and service metrics.
