Order Processor / Document Processor (Title Prep)

Location : 1795 International Way, Idaho Falls, ID 83402

Duration : 9–12 Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Work Environment : 100% Onsite | Casual Dress

Position Overview :

The Document Processor (Title Prep) is responsible for locating, reviewing, preparing, and organizing physical title documents for imaging and processing. This is a special project-based, entry-level position requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet daily production goals in a deadline-driven environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Locate and retrieve physical title documents from files
• Review and extract required documents according to company policies and procedures
• Prepare documents for scanning and imaging
• Remove staples, organize paperwork, and ensure document integrity
• Follow detailed document handling instructions and compliance guidelines
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
• Perform minimal computer data entry and tracking tasks
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
• Lift and move document boxes weighing approximately 30–35 lbs as needed
