The Role

BuzzFeed is looking for a Post Production Coordinator to join our Los Angeles Post-Production team in a project-based capacity. We're looking for someone who can coordinate multiple feature-length projects simultaneously and has a strong interest in vertical video series. This role will be required to go into the LA office as needed (2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days at home), and 40 / hrs a week is required.

You WIll

• Collaborate with Post Production Supervisor to oversee daily tasks and resourcing for feature-length content
• Track and manage Post Production process, tasks, and schedules across multiple projects at different phases in production
• Review and Quality Control deliverables to Client, managing stakeholder expectations as needed for dailies, proxies, etc.
• Ensure all assets are delivered on time and to spec
• Collaborate with Production to ensure footage is filmed on time and to spec
• Facilitate communication between Creative Producers and Video Editors
• Identify problem areas quickly and pose creative solutions
• Manage administrative paperwork (NDAs and freelance timecards
