If you have a solid foundation in basic bookkeeping or office admin, we will provide 1-on-1 mentorship to teach you the specialized world of Construction Finance, including Certified Payroll, OCIP/CCIP insurance tracking, and Project Funding.Career Growth We are hiring a future leader. This role offers a clear path from Project Accounting Associate with the long-term goal of stepping into a Treasurer or Controller position as you master our financial systems.What You Will Do This is a hybrid role that balances precision accounting with general office support.Payroll & Compliance: Process weekly payroll and learn to file Certified Payroll reports (we will teach you this!).Project Documentation: Assist with OCIP/CCIP insurance tracking and subcontractor compliance.Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, track project expenses, and assist with client billing.Office Support: Handle general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.Who You AreA Natural Coordinator: You enjoy creating "a place for everything."
