Philip Health Services - Care Campus Full Time Hours : 4 day work week : 2-3 days in clinic, with the 4th ER coverage Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen : 10-15 in outpatient clinic Call Schedule : Weekend call currently rotating between 5 (soon to be 6) providers Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus : $30000 Compensation : Base salary between $280,000 and $320,000 $30,000 sign-on and $10,000 for relocation Benefits : - $10,000 relocation- 5 weeks PTO- $4,000 5 days / yr for CME- 401(k) with employer matching contribution- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Life insurance- FSA Additional Info : Philip Health Services is seeking a family physician to join their team of 6 providers.This role is traditional rural medicine and will spend time in a variety of areas on campus, including the outpatient clinic, hospital, assisted living center, and ER.
