The Marketing Manager develops, executes, and monitors multiple marketing programs across a range of channels to support the Bank’s business goals. As Chairperson of the Bank’s Marketing Committee, this role is responsible for analyzing data to monitor campaigns, evaluate results, and optimize conversion points. The Marketing Manager manages the marketing customer information file (MCIF), including email automation for onboarding and relationship expansion, targeted email campaigns, customer newsletters, and other client communications. Duties also include managing and analyzing marketing-generated leads (both inbound and outbound), supporting lead management, and overseeing social media platforms—including posting, monitoring, and responding to engagement.

The Marketing Manager oversees the Bank’s website (arb.BANK), optimizing for SEO and conversion, and is responsible for creating and posting online content, including blog posts, news, forms, landing pages, and product pages. This role manages digital marketing channels, including SEM, display advertising, e-news displays, CTV, OTT, and social media advertising, as well as paid media channels like print, OOH / billboards, and radio.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manages marketing customer information file (MCIF), including email automation (onboarding and relationship expansion), targeted email campaigns, customer newsletters, and other client communication. Identifies critical conversion points and drop points to optimize automation.
  • Manages and analyzes marketing generated leads (inbound and outbound), assist with lead management through MCIF.
  • Manages social media platforms, posting, monitoring and response.
  • Generates graphic and video content including copy writing, videos, display ads, print ads, reels, blog, graphics for multiple channels, both owned and paid.
  • Manage’s the Website (ARB.BANK) and optimizes for SEO and conversion. This includes content creation, composing and posting online content to website using content management system, including blog posts, news, forms, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Manages Digital Marketing channels including SEM (search engine marketing), display advertising, enews display, CTV, OTT, and social media advertising.
  • Manages Paid Media channels including print, OOH / billboard, and radio. Analyzes client surveys and ratings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Executes and monitors marketing campaigns across various channels, including managing and creating various sales collateral, tools and other marketing materials in accordance with approved service level agreements (SLAs) to foster collaboration and teamwork with internal clients.
  • Responsible for omni-channel customer communications to support engagement, deepening, retention, and acquisition activities to ensure customer communications support is aligned to business goals.
  • Manages branch digital signage, including content creation, on-going monitoring, training, and set-up.
  • Oversees process for responding to Google, Yelp, and social media reviews in collaboration with appropriate departments, including Compliance and Risk.
  • Maintains marketing files, including packaging design files for archival purposes, maintaining compliance approval records and preparing records for audit.
  • Creates and delivers training for social selling, lead follow up, social media use, and MCIF.
  • Ensures that ARB logo and branding are used appropriately across all Bank channels; manages all logo requests and approves all logo placements prior to publication.
  • Leads preparation for and presentation at quarterly Marketing Committee meetings.
  • Identifies digital marketing trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Assists business development team with producing and developing requests for proposal (RFPs) within defined SLAs to support desired business goals.
  • Assists with client and promotional events.
  • Participates in community and bank-sponsored events to broaden new business opportunities.
  • Ensures all aspects of advertising and marketing are compliant and there are no UDAAP issues.

  • Complies with all bank policies and procedures and all applicable government regulations including, but not limited to, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, GLBA regulations, staying current and knowledgeable of all policies, procedures and regulations related to the job functions and completing all assigned training on time, requesting additional training as needed to be proficient in all job responsibilities; cooperating with internal and external auditors and bank examiners by providing full cooperation and timely delivery of requested documentation and information; and reporting concerns about compliance to the Compliance Officer to enable prompt remediation.
  • Complies with Bank policies and procedures relating to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) guidance. Report suspicious activity to the BSA Department through a Suspicious Incident Report (SIR).
  • Adheres to privacy and information security policies, and ensure all sensitive internal and external customer information is properly secured and safeguarded. Use secure methods delivering client and / or confidential data by email.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.
  • At least five to ten years of progressively responsible applicable marketing experience, including strong project management skills and client communication expertise.
  • Competent using Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the banking industry.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and email automation.
  • Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments.
  • Competent using Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Business platforms, including ad placement.
  • Proficient in marketing statistical analysis, audience identification and targeting and campaign planning.
  • Able to manage databases.
  • Experience in compliance in a highly-regulated industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer and keyboarding skills to meet production needs of the position.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs, and deadlines.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet challenging targets / goals.
