Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Supervising front-of-house operations, including guest service and food and beverage service
- Maintaining inventory and managing supply orders to ensure optimal stock levels
