Position Highlights :

  • Grow your ideal practice off a strong established general orthopedic surgery practice-total joint or sports medicine would be ideal complements
  • Flexibility to design your own schedule, hire APPs to support growth, and acquire additional equipment as needed
  • Rapid ramp-up expected, fueled by robust referral streams and 15 employed primary care providers within the hospital network
  • Join a financially sound, independent organization without the over saturation of providers

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Base Salary, call pay compensation, quality bonuses, and incredible wRVU earning potential - $815,000+ Year 1
  • $160,000+ recruitment package built on your needs, including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan / retention bonus
