Position Overview

As a Project Supervisor, you'll lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites during 2nd shift operations (3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM).

This role is dynamicperfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy travel, and can adapt to off-shifts. You'll oversee project setup, team performance, and ensure top-notch results that keep our customers moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support inspection teams across customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with Stratosphere Quality standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
• Train and mentor team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Complete required training and uphold company policies.
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.
